It's official, dairy products is one of the factor to cause acne

Dairy products is one of those bad doors for causing acne as well as worsening your acne condition. Also, for some unlucky ones, it is the reason for some serious acne cases. It's hard to believe, that some of the most recommended healthy food like milk is in the blacklist for causing acne.

Milk is one of the commonly drink dairy products, and sources of milk comes from cows by lactating. The lactated milk will consist of hormones produced by cow during pregnancy. If the cow is not pregnant, there won't be any milk available. So hormones you get from the cows would comes with the milk we drink in one package. When we consumed the milk together with the hormones in it, our hormones level would shoot up. Therefore it would cause hormonal increase which would turn out to cause acne.

Diary products also contains iodine, which will also cause acne. For some very unlucky cases, diary products triggers the patients skin allergies, resulting in serious severe acne. If you think that you have skin allergies with diary products, you could do an experiment to see whether the main cause of your acne is because of allergies to dairy products by changing your diary diet.

For most of the population, milk and dairy product is where they source for vitamin and minerals, especially for calcium. If you reduce your dairy product intake, you must replace the vitamins and minerals loss from other sources. Some other good sources you can get minerals is calcium supplement, to ensure ensure that your body is function normally.
